Use a 10-12 oz cocktail glass, preferably a stemmed tulip glass, but any style will do.
Salt the rim of your glass. Wet rim of the glass with barlime and dip in thin layer of salt. Celery salt may be added.
Fill your glass 2/3 full of ice.
3-4 drops of worchestershire sauce, for zing.
2-3 drops of hotsauce or whatever you can handle, for pep.
Pepper and other tasty spices make our caesar spice the best. Watch for it coming soon.
Add 1 - 1.5 oz of your favourite vodka.
Fill to the top with clamato juice.(Leave room for the celery)
Add a nicely trimmed stick of celery. Must be fresh and crispy.
A fresh lime slice should be placed the rim.
